The ApexIntensity Winter Festival is our annual celebration of strength, community, and giving back — featuring the Winter Wars Lift, open gym, games, free food and drinks, and family fun for athletes and supporters of all ages.

ApexIntensity’s Annual Winter Lift is back!
This is a non-regulated charity lifting event using KG plates—built for everyone to join in and a Open Gym with Games❗️
✅ You choose your challenge: compete in one lift (bench, squat, or deadlift) or all three.
🏆 Winners will be recognized for each lift, plus overall champions! ( Just like a regular meet)
🎽 Includes your Winter Wars shirt (sign up by November 6 to get yours!).
