What to Expect
Class run times last about 90 Minutes depending on the pace of the group and the goal of the session.
Our boxing class provides not only the basic fundamentals of boxing and self defense skills, but also the strength and conditioning requirements to reach your fullest potential as a competitive fighter and learn to push your own limits you never thought were possible. It is the ultimate test of fitness physically and mentally, but be reassured our team will make sure you come out better, stronger, and more mentally fit than you ever thought possible.
